The King Edward Potato Baker is a convection oven with its own unique air flow system incorporating coved corners and a low velocity fan. This ensures that hot air is distributed quickly and evenly through-out the oven. The King Edward Potato Baker is handmade using traditional materials but with innovative design and production techniques.
The King Edward Potato Baker’s exterior has a durable, attractive vitreous enamel finish that is standard in black; blue, green, claret, or stainless steel finishes are available as a special order product. Vitreous enamel is harder that powder coating and easily cleans. The interior is all mirror finish stainless steel, with three removable and adjustable shelves.
